Ground-floor cloakroom with basin and WC. First-floor open-plan living room with sitting area, dining area and kitchen area.

Shop and pub within a 2-minute walk. Note: This property is overdwelling, the roadside access is level with the road but there is a separate 2 storey property underneath. Note: The mezzanine bedroom is reached by very steep steps and therefore not suitable for those with mobility issues or young children.
